Hansen Matthews

Hansen Matthews began his career in 1981 as a commercial real estate broker. Six years later, he joined Bill Maus and Steve Warwick in founding Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co.

Charlie Rivenbark

A Wilmington native, Charlie served with the United States Army Infantry including a tour of duty during the Vietnam war. After returning to Wilmington, Charlie owned and operated a chain of gourmet food and wine stores, eventually becoming a managing partner of a multi-state restaurant chain. With nine years experience in commercial real estate, Charlie joined the Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. team in 1999.

Jeremy graduated from UNCW in 1994 and has lived in Wilmington most of his life. He began his professional career with the Boy Scouts of America serving both Pender and Brunswick Counties before becoming the Director of Business Development with Wilmington Industrial Development in 2000. During his tenure at WID, he was instrumental in locating such industry titans as GE Nuclear Energy’s World Headquarters, Verizon Wireless’ 1200 employee Financial Services Center, Guilford Industries Headquarters and numerous other relocations and expansions to the Greater Wilmington region. Jeremy entered the commercial real estate profession with Maus Warwick Matthews in January 2008.
